Pros

I had a great experience working here! Initially, startup environment and nice paycheck were the main draws, but in fact there was much more. Remote work option gave me flexibility and opportunity to stay with my family. My team was friendly and supportive, everyone was always ready to help out from the day 1. It’s been a wonderful place to grow and work together.

Cons

Time commitment and often - complexity of tasks

Pros

Decent Pay Pay is on time (can you believe that?) fully remote (ridiculous work hours) nice colleagues

Cons

Shady contracts: Contracts are full of vague terms and unclear expectations and straight up abuse. Read your contract carefully. Good luck trying to get any clarity on your role or responsibilities. Zero job security: You’re always on thin ice. One wrong move or leadership’s whim, and you’re out without warning. Threats from leadership: Leadership loves to keep you on edge by constantly reminding you that your job is on the line. It’s a fear-based culture. Minimal onboarding: You get two weeks of rushed onboarding, then you're left to fend for yourself with no proper guidance or resources. Thrown to the wolves: After a brief and inadequate onboarding, you’re expected to hit the ground running with zero support or direction. No ramp-up period: Forget about time to adjust. You’re expected to deliver from day one, regardless of how complex or unfamiliar the tasks are. Disrespectful CEO: The CEO treats everyone with blatant disrespect. Zero communication, zero appreciation, just orders barked down from above. No appreciation employees: You’re treated like a number, easily replaceable, and your contributions go unrecognized. Constant pressure with no support: You’ll face mounting pressure to deliver without any of the necessary tools or guidance to do your job effectively. Misleading expectations: The company promises growth and opportunities but delivers nothing. Contractors are left high and dry with no room for advancement. No support structure: You’re completely on your own, with no one to turn to when things go wrong.
