Pros
If you are one of the many, manyyyy people they decide not to fire you have a chance to keep growing and learning. Besides the Managers and Superiors, most of the people are nice (of course, they are all in the same situation as you.) Salary is good compared to other companies in the market.
Cons
- Micromanagement. - They want results inmediately, even for new hires or after you been there only for 2 weeks. (If you are an SDR, Acc Executive or similar: be prepared for this). - They'll blame it on you if you don't get the results they want. They have no self conscious that maybe the problem are them. - As you read many times here: comissions are barely a thing: they will put a lot of obstacules and don't count MANY of them for random excuses or things that are not up to you. I had to fight everyime to get what I deserved. - They hire and fire people like they were objects. I witnessed how they fired poeple from every department: sales, HR, Marketing. Even some Head of Departments that are hired leave on their own since they know they can't do much in a company like these one.
