Business Outlook
Pros
Great people with a new direction from leadership which values people, product and ethics. Strategy is focused and communicated. Pay and benefits are very good. Office and location is amazing and people are some of the friendliest and collaborative I have ever worked with at any employer.
Cons
Some outdated IT systems. Also, a culture of fixing problems vs following process or avoiding issues is sometimes encouraged and valued.
