      Relatively weak sales organisation, brand strategy unclear and brands itself not competitive enough. Crazy matrix setup with unresolved global/regional setup.

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
