      Pros

      tuition reimbursement and discount on appliances

      Cons

      Management is not accountable. Over work staff when production is not needed. Very wasteful and cost company 250,000 week. The problem can be fixed but then some people will actually have to work. Don't value family time. No time off

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
