      Competitive Salary, Good 401K contribution/vacation policy. Some of the people very helpful and want to help you develop.

      Politics. Processes and systems are not great. Culture is changing for the worst and the advantages that were previously offered are no longer being offered.

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.
