      Nice facility and overall good people.

      Incompetence, lack of best hiring practices, inexperienced managers, lack of processes and accountability, wrong (inexperienced) people in certain roles.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
