      Overtime and the environment are excellent. Company changes are well known and published. Excellent with community service outside the company.

      Cons

      The company as a whole has some bad tactics. The company is owned by share holders. Therefore they make a lot of random decisions.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
