      Spent 18 years at Electrolux . . . started as a Sophomore in college, and never ran out of opportunities to grow or learn!

      Cons

      Been gone for the past 4 years, so a lot has changed, but there will always be room for improvement, anywhere you go.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
