      Great union benefits, dedicated workforce who cared about the product and each other.

      Cons

      HOT HOT HOT! Didn't care about workers as we were eliminated for shareholder happiness over long term company success.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
