Pros
Can meet some nice colleagues. Ok work / life balance Excellent for HR employees, you'll never loose you job
Cons
Lack of real innovation. Extremely long decision process and sometime even inexistant decision. Too many TOP management without vision, understanding or providing solutions.. Lots of upper management politics and back stabbing. Yearly "restructuration" and no loyalty to employees. Lack of real marketing, not only powerpoint presentation. Expensive products even with staff price.
