      Pros

      I spent all of my career at Electrolux. As an employee there is nothing to stop you from advancing within the organization if you have the desire and the talent.

      Cons

      Electrolux is very slow to react to most any trend. A follower, more than a leader.

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
