Remote work and it is easy to move around to different positions

Nepotism at its finest, the pay is not good and they do not pay based off of tenure, merit, or knowledge. You have groups that make way more than others but those that make the least are expected to support, guide, and do the work for all areas of the business. Leadership needs to be re-evaluated quickly within the call center, the training is mediocre at best, the turnover rate is extremely high. The call center is very stagnant in terms of growth and they tend to play the dumping game when it comes to the workload.
