They will cut raises, they cut employee hours and also shut down lines for a week at a time. They fire people for stuff other people do just to save money. Do not recommend for long time employment. Refuse to let you use personal days and give you points for it instead. They go through plant managers every 6 months because they can’t get it together. It’s up to your supervisor if you move up on the ladder or not.
