      Pros

      Electrolux has fairly good benefits.

      Cons

      Very poorly run finance and accounting departments. Chaotic and disorganized up to senior levels. Sterile office environment. Zero employee perks. They are strict about tracking badge swipes and fire employees for not strictly following the policy.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
