Good salary for Italian standard, multicultural environment, respect for people. Yearly training.
Cons
Remote working allowed only if you have small children without common and fairly rules. The only way to grow is to become a manager, engineers are at the bottom of hierarchy. Skilled technician are pushed to find a better career in others companies where also them can have an opportunity, like the FAANG.
