You call out, its a point, you leave early, its a half point. You call out on mandatory Saturday, its point + half. So you can easily be fired. You get no PTO, sick days, personal, nothing. You clock in one minute late, its a half a point. They can fire you with no reason and/or make up a lie to fire you. The fact they are billionaire company and treat all workers like lower class immigrants in a foreign county is unethical.
