      Pay is fair and work expectation is fair.

      Cons

      There is no incentive to work here. All pay is entered manually and is constantly incorrect. My checks are short 12-24 hours regularly.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
