Pros
If leaders like you, you will be treated well and paid well. Growth opportunities exist if you are smart, well liked, and eager to learn and grow. Things have gotten a lot better since the former CEO, Jack, was released. People now have more autonomy and thing are less bureaucratic. Leaders are now allowed to make decisions.
Cons
Leadership isn't always transparent. Sometimes they blatantly lie. Old systems. Not very up to date with technology that would help you do your job better.
