      Good benefits with applicable vacatiob tine.

      Cons

      Horrible management in maintenance and engineering. Did not provide any feedback during the year and then at the end of the year rated as unacceptable performance. Leadership is good at fixing things but they have zero people skills. They couldn't even provide a job description.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
