- Salad bar (cafe) sometimes has good options - Never bored as assignments pile unrealistically higher
Cons
- Overworked - some people on call 24/7 with no break - People leaving frequently - mostly no re-hire, just give work to someone else - Inexperienced Sr. Leadership - no knowledge in their own areas - A few areas being outsourced/offshored and they have no idea what's going on - Constant/daily outages in systems keep employees from even working on their actual Performance targets
