This is a great company that prioritises work life balance and offers excellent staff benefits. The salary is competitive, ensuring you are fairly compensated. It is an ideal place to start your career. It is also suitable if you are looking for a slower pace to focus on your well being. Not much office politics so that you can just for us on completing your task.
Cons
If your are looking for a fast paced environment with steep learning curve, this will not be for you. The company culture varies depending on the department. I find the international counterparts easier to work with, as they tend to be more respectful and professional compared to local (based in MY) team.
