      Lots of great people here and opportunity for growth

      Cons

      No backup if you’re out, so when people leave the work gets piled on already overwhelmed employees indefinitely. Depts pride themselves in coming in under budget, meanwhile staff are overworked and don’t have the support to do their job.

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
