Pros
- Amazing work-life balance for everyone. - In sync with Swedish societal values, it gives a huge focus on the overall well-being of its employees around the world. - Consequently, the company has a strong people-focused culture in its DNA. - The most important focus while hiring is not your degrees but your experiences and your potential. - Lot of chances available for internal cross-functional moves, to explore other areas.
Cons
- Over the last few years, counter-strategy changes created a lot of confusion in the organization. There have also been wide leadership changes (much needed but slow) which have created further instability in the organization on all levels. A lot of good people have left because of these factors. - Shrinking profit margins and market instability, along with big operational inefficiencies led to big rounds of redundancy in the last few years. This has made salaries mostly stagnant. Hopefully, this will reverse with time. - Employees do need to work on creating their network and promoting themselves.
