Toxic Italian company with Swedish name - Supply Chain Analyst Electrolux Professional Employee Review

There is definitely nothing Swedish in this company. All management is Italian. Rarely someone from other country can get a upper management position. Rules changes every day. There is a reorganization once per year. Managers expects you to work over time and always agree with them. No space for discussion or new ideas. Very toxic environment. I don’t recommend at all specially if you are not Italian. There is also no policy to protect LGBT people. Homophobia and discrimination is widespread. Sad because I always thought Electrolux was a great company to work with. Not sure about the whole group but that’s not the case in Professional.
