Pros
Pay and benefits are generally good. Hires lots of non-technical majors in high-paying roles with high levels of responsibility and ownership. Coworkers are generally smart and competent.
Cons
Pretty much everything negative that people say about the culture is correct. Work-life balance is atrocious, management is wildly out-of-touch/cult-like, and lots of employees have the personality of a plastic bag.
