      Pros

      Epic is freshman chemistry 101 for the working world. Anyone can apply but its a weeder company; if you don't belong or you just aren't smart enough you'll fail.

      Cons

      Don't expect to climb any ladders unless you are a developer. Your department head's boss is a developer; regardless of your role.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
