      Pros

      Great pay and benefits (from day 1), beautiful campus, nice cafeteria/cafes/coffee carts, 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of employment.

      Cons

      Team leads are hit or miss (my case was an extreme miss.. communication skills were severely lacking), hours, general feeling of employees = disposable, despite superficial perks

      Meritorious work environment, capable coworkers, work that has high impact, high degree of autonomy, interesting work, campus, food, benefits. Reasonable views on AI

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
