      - Upper management is out of touch with rank and file employees - Upper management attempts to force culture unnecessarily - Little transparency around even highly impactful decisions - Repeated recent incidents of suppressing feedback and quashing dissent - Awful COVID response that did not take employee well-being into account - Excessively resistant to any reasonable work-from-home compromises
