      Decent starting pay for anyone with a college degree

      Cons

      No work/life balance, monthly company-wide propoganda/cult meetings...seriously. Ending every monthly meeting chanting 'Don't Go Public' and having the company's '10 Commandments' listed above every toilet at the company.
