      Great pay, beautiful living, fun coworkers, and a mental challenge. Private company with ethical and quality standards / integrity. Inspiring female CEO who is nerdy but relatable.

      Cons

      Work up to 50 hr/week, plus at least a 30 min commute to live near downtown Madison. Requires great investment of effort to do well
