Pros
- Good direct manager - Surrounded by knowledgeable and helpful people - Chopsticks and other delicious food - Good training for the job - Raises exceed inflation
Cons
- High bar for quality. You really have to develop a complete understanding of the fix you are making. Resolving issues on your development and designs can be stressful, but it ultimately leads to a better product. - Accounting never reimburses in a timely manner. Accounting also doesn't tell you when you have been reimbursed. - Upper management can feel out of touch at times.
