      Lots of opportunity to own projects and get invested in your work. Benefits and money are great, and they put in a lot of work to help you start a community here.

      Cons

      Policies like WFH, extreme weather, and sick days are minimal and slightly infantilizing. What company doesn't trust their employees to make good choices about these things? Time logging is also rather annoying.
