      Allow you the space to do your best work. Benefits, pay & perks are all unmatched in our industry.

      Cons

      Not a lot of mentorship coming down from the top. Growth and upward movement are very difficult. Moving further away from traditional game development in support of the Metaverse.

      Pros

      I really loved my time at Epic. I know every department is different, but you really can't beat the work-life balance and benefits, including 2 weeks off in the summer and 2 weeks off in the winter AND unlimited PTO. It helps that I had an amazing manager - that makes or breaks anything. Most people are a pleasure to work with - I've only run into 1 or 2 bad apples in almost 2 years.

      Cons

      Not a lot of diversity at the C-Suite level.
