You work with great people who are truly passionate about fitness. Great perks of free membership and discount at the shop. Plethora of classes taught by leading industry professionals and personal trainers are the most educated with knowledge of the current trend in fitness. Given a lot of autonomy at work.

Cons

Pay is terrible! It's absolutely disgraceful how little this company pays while charging their members the highest premium for a gym membership.
