Little professional development as all training is in-house. Product quality is poor as projects have unrealisticallly short deadlines, with products becoming very detached with market realities and changes. Lack of resources to create a decent product as leadership is focused on short term sales results. A lot of internal politics and too many managers lacking leadership, including the leadership team itself. Salaries are low and management are surprisingly still trying to figure out how to improve retention. Would not recommend this company unless someone is really desperate for a job.
