- Not all managers are qualified enough to carry out the tasks - Lack of proper supervision of the quality of data published - No interest in fostering inter-employee relationships - everyone just does the job and goes home - Conflict resolution sometimes left to sort out itself, no intervention when needed - A lot of tasks are repetitive and get boring rather fast
