Pros
Fantastic people, office, location, benefits, vacation, and work-life balance. Pay is okay but doesn't beat the industry average. It's an ideal place for smart people looking to use their brains and learn the corporate ropes in a relatively laid-back professional culture.
Cons
The company used to achieve enough grow enough to satisfy long-termers and new employees, but as the company matured, they began to invest less in development. It's still a great place to get your career started, but until they sort out proper development of their best employees
