      Pros

      Support work life balance and good team members. Great place for graduates to start and gain experience. Nice office.

      Cons

      No opportunities for personal growth. No opportunities for promotions for most people because ofthe flat mgmt hierachy. Terrible commission structure that demoralize most sales people.
