The company is growing quickly and there will continue to be a lot of job opportunities tied to this growth. Coworkers are very friendly and the work environment can easily be categorized as fun.
Cons
There are a lot of growing pains with a company at this stage of development. Long hours are not uncommon and most consultants are stretched quite thin.
