No Micro Management, Lots of benefits and autonomy to employees, Even in Covid Bonus & Increment was given, Also gave vaccination support to staff, family & friends, Additional Monitors to work from home, Trusts its staff, Promotes development through certification trainings
Cons
Workload is too much sometimes. Decisions take time as it needs to be routed from Global office.
