      Pros

      They offer a great work life balance and truely is flexible on working hours. In house barista is excellent and a great perk Could be better at hybrid working rather than specific set working days (3x a week for sales) Interesting products and research

      Cons

      Can be slow at listening to employees and there should be better communication between research and sales
