Understands the need to expand into emerging markets as traditional revenue streams level off in mature markets. Many offices geographically to work from, flexible tele-commuting options. Few competitors could match what Experian has to the potential offer.
Cons
Internal battles that take focus off the competition. Lack of investing in new product development and radical R&D that could help enter new markets and revenue streams. Some system limitations.
