Pros
Free bagels - good place for recent college grads to get their feet wet. Once you have 1-2 years exp you should look for a new job; as I did. Employees learn how to spin the truth to best serve themselves.
Cons
Toxic work environment created by leaders within the organization. Senior leaders display inappropriate professional behavior. Leaders make decisions based on narrow scope of information and don't take the time to learn about their people or the work they do. There seems to be a blatant lack of respect for what other people outside of the client services dept contribute to the organization. Leaders should take notice.... organizations are not built around one dept.
