The truthful answer is a horrific 40%, they all know that but will lie to you. bear in mind that some people have 10 years service, so you can do the numbers, most new starters last less than a year unethical - they charge based on what they can get away with so some customers pay 10 times more for the same product ps - beware the odd 4-star review on this site, obviously faked by management
