Pros
Great benefits and time off/vacation time. Several of the people I work with are like family.
Cons
Very poor local and middle management for sure. People are promoted into supervisory positions that have no previous experience to management and are not trained or prepared for positions. The company says they have a 'Culture', but they don't follow it. Management seems inept and makes very poor decisions. I wonder how some of these people got the positions that they currently have as I know my children can outthink and outperform some of thise embecils that they call managers and directors. Management always sounds supportive and how much they want to improve things, but just lip service.
