Pros

Amazing environment with a lot of opportunities and a dare-to-change mentality. Concern with the maintenance of a culture where individuality is empowered. Very good work conditions and benefits extra-salary (offices, food, company shares, discounts in the site, discounts with other several partners, days-off, work from home, etc.) Great work/life balance. Fast-pacing industry with constant challenges.

Cons

The company grew to fast in the last years and therefore lacks standardization of processes in some areas
