      Work atmosphere, people, FF being a groundbreaking company in the fashion industry

      Cons

      due to still being a "young company" and the speed of the business, in some areas it's still missing some structure and procedures

      The people and company culture used to be great.

      Company was sold and everything went down hill. No room for growth.
