Pros

- Amazing company culture - Flexible working - Visionary leader - Really interesting and varied work

Cons

- Don't pay enough - Career progression is unclear - The company is still pretty chaotic and trying to find its footing - some processes are not as seamless as they should be (also org design could be improved) - Some of the current managers shouldn't be in their roles - they're highly mediocre and it would seem they're in their roles because of longevity in the company. Very demotivating for skilled junior staff who are ambitious and want to move up - Lack of transparency in terms of processes and communication
