We're committed to supporting our people with their mental well-being. In London, we’ve created a Manager workshop on “Improving Psychological Strength at Farfetch” to help build our manager’s confidence in identifying and addressing any mental health concerns. And we've launched Unmind, a mental well-being platform, with scientifically backed tools to promote health and happiness at work.
